I combine traditional preparations with fresh, local ingredients for dishes that are authentic to the sun-soaked Mediterranean. If it evokes memories of your favorite restaurant on the Riviera (you know, the one with the striped beach umbrellas), then I consider it a job well-done.
Born and Raised in the Pacific Northwest
I’ve lived in the PNW my entire life including 15 years living steps from Pike Place Market, eating and breathing the bounty of what this region offers. I find further inspiration from my culinary travels in the South of France, Liguria, Sicily and Andalusia which have inspired my menus. I am also involved in the Washington wine scene, consulting with local collectors, workers, owners and sommeliers to hone my flavors to the local wine culture.
Services
STEP 1
After an email inquiry and initial estimate, we will schedule an in-person or over-phone consultation to ensure everything is ready to go and customized to your needs. Costs are per-person depending on number of courses plus the flat cost of groceries.
STEP 2
Next, you will have custom menus to choose from. This is about you and your guests having the best experience, so we will be thorough to make sure dietary needs and special requests are honored. You can also choose to use your own serveware or we can provide that for a nominal fee.
STEP 3
We will follow-up a week before your event to ensure everything is ready to go for the smoothest experience possible on the big day. A 50% deposit toward the total bill will be due at this time. Leave the rest to the chef (and that includes cleanup!)
